If you still choose to send them, please ensure they are packed very securely:

β€’ Wrap each item individually with thick materials (clothes, towels, or foam)
β€’ Use 2–3 layers of bubble wrap
β€’ Place items in a strong box with enough padding to prevent movement
β€’ Seal the box well and mark it "Fragile"

⚠️ Even with careful packing, fragile items are sent at the sender's risk.
Each parcel must not exceed 25 kg in weight, in line with health and safety regulations.

🚫 Parcels weighing more than 25 kg will attract a £30 Heavy Weight Surcharge.

βœ… This surcharge does not apply if the parcel is dropped off at our warehouse or sent directly to us.

⚠️ Important – Minimum Weight per Box Policy

Please note that the minimum weight is 15 KG per box.

If you have 15 KG total weight and split it into two boxes, each box will be charged at Β£59.25 (Approximately Β£120 for 2 small Boxes)
Parcel Horse charges based on the higher of the actual weight or volumetric (dimensional) weight, rounded up to the next full kilogram.

βš– What Is Actual Weight?
Actual weight is the physical weight of your parcel measured on a scale.

Example:
If your parcel weighs 15.3 kg, you will be charged for 16 kg.

πŸ“ What Is Volumetric (Dimensional) Weight?
Volumetric weight is calculated based on the size of your parcel using the following formula:
(Length Γ— Width Γ— Height) Γ· 5000

Example:
60 Γ— 40 Γ— 40 = 96,000 Γ· 5000 = 19.2 kg, charged as 20 kg.

βœ… Which Weight Is Used for Final Charges?
You will be charged based on whichever weight is higherβ€”actual or volumetric.

Example:
β€’ βš– Actual Weight: 15 kg
β€’ πŸ“ Volumetric Weight: 20 kg
➑️ Final chargeable weight: 20 kg
